User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between an individual who voluntarily created and maintains the non-commercial platform “Sportiks” (hereinafter the “Administration”), and any person using the website https://sportiks.io/ (hereinafter the “User”).

1.2. By using the website, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and accept them in full.

1.3. Sportiks is a non-commercial informational resource aimed at promoting physical activity and healthy living. The project does not generate profit and does not engage in commercial activities.

1.4. The platform operates under the laws of the Russian Federation, including:

• Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”,
• Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Article 421 – freedom of contract),
• and other applicable regulations.

2. Age Restriction

2.1. Access to the site is permitted only to individuals aged 18 and older.

2.2. During registration, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old. The Administration is not responsible for knowingly false information.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1. Registration is required to use certain features (trainer search, profile creation).

3.2. During registration, the User provides:

• Name and/or nickname
• Email
• Sport type and specialization
• Location entered manually — city, region, country or street (optional)
• Optional — photo and/or document (certificate)
• Password (stored in encrypted form)

3.3. The platform does not use GPS, IP geolocation, Bluetooth, or other automatic location tracking. All location information is entered manually by the user.

3.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of their data and the security of their account.

3.5. The User may change or delete their data or fully delete their account via the site interface or upon request.

4. Content, Advertising, and Public Profiles

4.1. Users may upload:

• Personal photos
• Certificates confirming qualifications
• Descriptions of sports services

4.2. By uploading content, the User confirms that:

• They do so voluntarily
• They do not infringe on third-party rights
• They are responsible for accuracy and content

4.3. Copyright for uploaded content remains with the User.

4.4. The Administration may use content (e.g., trainer photos) only with the User's permission.

4.5. The platform may display banners, logos, links, and descriptions related to trainers, fitness clubs, and sports organizations. These are shown free of charge, non-commercially, at the sole initiative of the project owner to promote sports.

4.6. The platform is not connected to ad networks, does not use targeting, and does not sell data to advertisers.

5. User Behavior and Moderation

5.1. Users must:

• Treat other users with respect
• Avoid insults, threats, discriminatory speech
• Not post spam, fake info, illegal or fraudulent content

5.2. The platform does not actively monitor communications but will respond to complaints.

5.3. The Administration may:

• Issue a warning
• Restrict access
• Delete an account without explanation in case of serious violation

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The platform provides technical means for communication but is not responsible for user actions, accuracy of their information, or consequences of personal interactions.

6.2. All interactions between trainers and clients are the responsibility of the parties involved. The Administration does not verify or supervise services.

6.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages in accordance with Article 1064 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

7. Account Deletion

7.1. Users may delete their account and data at any time via the website or by request.

7.2. The Administration may delete accounts in the event of:

• Violation of this Agreement
• False data
• Prolonged inactivity

8. Changes to the Agreement

8.1. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website. The Administration may change it without prior notice.

8.2. In case of significant changes, users may be additionally notified (via email or on-site).

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If not possible — in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.2. Use of the website constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
